Shipment Pickup Times

All pickup times are approximate and are subject to change based on the service driver’s discretion.

Package Preparation

All packages must be packed and secured with approved materials. Additional fees will be charged if tape or padding is needed.

Return Shipping Labels

We are able to print (via email) return labels you receive from most RMA services. We are NOT able to print QR code return labels at this time. You will be instructed to go to the closest UPS Shipping Store in Saint Cloud or Brainerd.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You can request a shipment confirmation receipt when you drop off your package to be shipped. This confirmation slip will include a tracking number that you can call or use online to track your package.
